This Waiver and Release of Liability ("Waiver") is executed by the undersigned participant ("Participant") in favor of [Fren-O LLC, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, sponsors, and affiliated organizations (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties").

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I, the Participant, acknowledge that participation in [Fren-O/ FrenOlympics, Squad Games] involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or even death. These risks may arise from my own actions, inactions, or negligence, as well as from the actions, inactions, or negligence of others, the condition of the facilities or equipment, and/or the rules of play.

2. Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event, including those caused by the negligence of the Released Parties. I understand that this event may involve physical exertion and accept all risks that come with participating in such activities.

3. Release and Waiver

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property that may result from my participation in the event.

4. Medical Treatment

I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury, accident, or illness during this activity. I understand that I am responsible for all costs associated with such medical treatment.

5. Compliance with Rules

I agree to follow all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event organizers, staff, and volunteers. I understand that failure to comply may result in my disqualification or removal from the event without refund.

6. Media Release

I grant permission to the Released Parties to use photographs, videos, or other media of my participation for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation or further consent.

7. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of my participation in this event.

8. Legal Age and Capacity

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to execute this Waiver.

9. Governing Law

This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Severability

If any portion of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
